On behalf of the Virginia Juvenile Detention Association (VJDA), I am inviting you to join our organization as a “Sponsoring Member.” As juvenile justice practitioners, we realize the value of having supportive partnerships that permit us to provide some of the best detention services in the country. You have been identified by our membership as one of those partners.
VJDA is a professional association of juvenile detention practitioners across Virginia. Each of the twenty-four locally owned or commission owned facilities in the Commonwealth are represented among our membership. VJDA represents the corporate interests of our individual members as it seeks to promote the highest levels of detention services, protect local autonomy, advocate , and to provide training and educational opportunities for its member facilities.
As a sponsoring member, you will have access to our regular membership during its quarterly meetings to network and to advertise your business. While we limit formal presentations of our sponsoring members to one formal presentation per membership year, informal networking is not limited. Additionally, our sponsoring members are recognized as one of our “sponsors” during one of our social networking gatherings during your membership year.
We invite you to become one of our sponsoring members. Our sponsoring membership dues are currently $500 annually.
